REFUND POLICY-

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 
ONCE AN ORDER IS PROCESSED ON OUR WEBSITE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EDIT IT FOR YOU. 

• WE PROCESS EXCHANGES AND CREDITS ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS. IF WE AGREE TO CANCEL AN ALREADY PROCESSED ORDER THE RESTOCKING FEE IS $80. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• IF WE AGREE TO ACCEPT YOUR EXCHANGE; ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN (BRAND NEW CONDITION/ UN-USED/ IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING). YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE. WE WILL CREATE A LABEL FOR YOU, IF NEEDED. THE COST OF THIS LABEL IS $10. THIS $10 FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR CREDIT.

SHIPPING POLICY-

Processing Times- All (HAIR ON HAND/ READY TO WEAR AND  HAIR CARE PRODUCTS) can expect to be shipped in 1-2 business days. 

All (MADE TO ORDER) wigs/hairs have a 14business day wait time! On the 14th business day or sooner you can expect your order to ship. The delivery time will be based on the speed selected at check out.

IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE DURING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY FOR ASSISTANCE.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS- WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE NAME AND ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR STATE ID. (THIS CHANGE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE IN ALL SITUATIONS.)

IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR PACKAGE INSURED DUE TO THEFT OR SHARED LIVING CIRCUMSTANCES PLEASE CHOOSE THAT SHIPPING OPTION AT CHECKOUT!

PROOF OF PURCHASE- WE MAY REQUIRE PHOTO ID THAT IS VALID AND SOME FORM OF PROOF OF PURCHASE,  IF YOUR ORDER COMES UP FLAGGED AS MEDIUM RISK OF FRAUD. ALL HIGH RISK OF FRAUD ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!
