Hair On Hand & Store Pickup Policy
Hair On Hand Units
- Items listed under “Hair On Hand” are already made and ready to ship.
- These units are pre-made and not customizable.
Store Pickup Policy
- Store pickup is by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- To schedule a pickup, customers must text our customer service number at 516-820-8040 to set up a pickup time.
- Same-day pickup is available for Hair On Hand items only and must be confirmed in advance.
Payment Methods for Pickup
- We do not accept credit card payments for store pickup orders.
- Store pickup orders must be paid via:
- Cash
- Zelle
- Apple Pay
- Apple Pay must be sent to the provided phone number. Tap or in-person card payments are not accepted.
- Customers wishing to use a credit or debit card must place their order online for shipment. Pickup is not available for card payments.
Deposits & Holding Units
- Deposits may be placed to hold pre-made (Hair On Hand) units only.
- Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total purchase.
- Any payments made toward a made-to-order unit are non-transferable, as these items are custom-made based on size and specifications.
Online Orders & Pickup Restrictions
- Online orders cannot be converted to pickup and must be shipped.
- Pickup orders must be arranged and paid separately using approved payment methods.
Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Pickup Rules
- Made-to-order units are not available for same-day pickup.
- These items require 3–5 business days for completion.
- Pickup is only available once the unit is completed and confirmed ready.
- 50% deposit or full payment is required before production begins.
We do not make exceptions to our pickup or payment policies!
Shipping & Order Processing
- Orders are processed in the order received.
- Shipping cut-off time is 3:00 PM EST.
- Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
- Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Customers should order in advance.
- Order changes or modifications are not guaranteed once placed.
Made-to-Order (Pre-Order) Units
- Any item not listed under “Hair On Hand” is considered made-to-order.
- These units require 3–5 business days for completion.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Customers are responsible for submitting accurate measurements.
- Minor variations in color, tone, or styling are part of the custom process and not defects.
Shipping Options
- Shipping speed does not affect production time.
- Available options:
- Ground: ~5 business days
- Priority: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: Ships after completion and delivers the next business day
- TheeBellaBrand is not liable for delays caused by carriers or external conditions once shipped.
Delivery Responsibility
- Responsibility transfers once the package is marked delivered to the provided address.
- Customers must ensure a secure delivery location.
- Signature confirmation is recommended.
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses require reshipping fees.
- Refused or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.
Billing & Shipping Information
- Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping details at checkout.
- We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer.
Products & Safety
- A patch test is required before using adhesive products.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- Use is at your own risk
- Skin reactions may vary
- Proper use is your responsibility
- TheeBellaBrand is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions
- Misuse or improper application
- Product combinations or removal errors
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to skin sensitivities or reactions.
- By completing your purchase, you release TheeBellaBrand from liability related to product use.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
- This includes dissatisfaction with:
- Color
- Length
- Texture
- Lace type
- Overall preference
- We stand behind the quality of our products. The only issues that qualify for review are true quality defects resulting from a bad batch.
- Qualifying issues are limited to:
- Excessive shedding
- Severe tangling or matting
- Quality concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
- All claims are subject to review and must be determined to fall outside of normal product expectations.
- Any concerns outside of these conditions will not qualify for review, return, exchange, or refund.
Product Representation
- We strive for accurate product display.
- Variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or customization.
Policy Agreement & Buyer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all policies prior to purchase.
- Completing checkout confirms full agreement to all terms.
- Customers must monitor communication regarding their order.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
- High-risk orders may require:
- Government-issued ID
- Proof of payment
- Failure to comply will result in cancellation.
- Customer-caused delays extend processing time.
Fraud & Chargebacks
- All disputes are supported with full documentation.
- We reserve the right to pursue further action in cases of fraud.
Fraudulent Activity & Customer Ban Policy
- Customers who file false or fraudulent disputes/chargebacks, or initiate a dispute without first contacting us for resolution, will be permanently banned without exception from shopping with TheeBellaBrand.
- Customers are expected to contact us directly before filing disputes.
- We maintain internal records of customer activity, including order details and associated contact information, to prevent fraudulent transactions and protect our business.
- We reserve the right to refuse future service to any customer who engages in fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith behavior.
- All disputes are thoroughly documented and may be used as evidence in resolving claims with financial institutions.
Limitation of Liability
- TheeBellaBrand is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to product use.
Governing Law
- These policies are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any purchase, order, transaction, product, service, or interaction with TheeBellaBrand, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction and Venue. The parties agree that any dispute, claim, lawsuit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, any order, purchase, product, service, or transaction with TheeBellaBrand shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, to the fullest extent permitted by law. By placing an order or engaging in any transaction with TheeBellaBrand, the customer irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.
Attorneys’ Fees; Prevailing Party. In the event of any dispute, claim, lawsuit, arbitration, chargeback proceeding, collection action, or other legal or administrative proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, any order, purchase, product, service, or transaction with TheeBellaBrand, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, expert witness fees, investigation expenses, collection costs, and other expenses incurred in connection with enforcing, defending, interpreting, or seeking remedies under these Terms and Conditions. Such recovery shall include fees and costs incurred before litigation, during litigation, on appeal, and in any post-judgment collection or enforcement proceedings. This provision shall survive the completion, cancellation, termination, expiration, rescission, or breach of any transaction or agreement.
Policy Enforcement
- All policies are enforced equally and without exception.
- By purchasing, you agree to comply with all terms.
