Hair On Hand & Store Pickup Policy
Hair On Hand Units
- Items listed under “Hair On Hand” are already made and ready to ship.
- These units are pre-made and are not customizable.
Store Pickup Policy
- Store pickup is by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- To schedule a pickup, customers must text our customer service number at 516-820-8040.
- Same-day pickup is available for Hair On Hand items only and must be confirmed in advance.
Payment Methods for Pickup
- We do not accept credit or debit card payments for store pickup orders.

Pickup orders must be paid using one of the following methods:
- Cash
- Zelle
- Apple Pay
- Apple Pay payments must be sent to the phone number provided by TheeBellaBrand.
- Tap-to-pay, in-person card payments, or card readers are not accepted.
- Customers wishing to pay by credit or debit card must place their order online for shipment.
Deposits & Holding Units
- Deposits may be placed to hold Hair On Hand units only.
- Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final purchase price.
- Payments made toward made-to-order units are non-refundable and non-transferable, as these products are custom-made to the customer’s specifications.
Online Orders & Pickup Restrictions
- Online shipping orders cannot be converted to pickup orders.
- Pickup purchases must be arranged and paid separately using approved payment methods.
Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Pickup Rules
- Made-to-order units are not eligible for same-day pickup.
- Production requires approximately 3–5 business days.
- Pickup is available only after the order has been completed and confirmed ready.
- A 50% deposit or full payment is required before production begins.
We do not make exceptions to our pickup or payment policies.
Shipping & Order Processing
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Shipping cut-off time is 3:00 PM EST.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Customers are encouraged to order in advance to allow sufficient production and shipping time.
- Order changes, cancellations, or modifications are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to complete and ship every order within our stated processing times, delays may occasionally occur due to shipping carrier delays, supplier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a significant delay affects your order, TheeBellaBrand will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Made-to-Order (Pre-Order) Units
- Any product not listed under Hair On Hand is considered a made-to-order item.
- Production time is approximately 3–5 business days.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Customers are responsible for submitting accurate head measurements.
- Minor variations in color, tone, density, curl pattern, lace appearance, and styling are a normal part of the handmade manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Shipping Options
Shipping speed does not reduce or skip production time.
Available shipping methods include:
- Ground Shipping – Approximately 5 business days
- Priority Shipping – Approximately 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping – Ships after production is completed and is delivered the following business day.
TheeBellaBrand is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been shipped.
Delivery Responsibility
- Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, TheeBellaBrand is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
- Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery location.
- Signature Confirmation is strongly recommended for high-value purchases.
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
- Refused, abandoned, or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.
Billing & Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.
- TheeBellaBrand is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Products & Safety
- A patch test is required before using any adhesive products.

By purchasing adhesive products, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Product use is at their own risk.
- Skin reactions vary by individual.
- Proper application and removal are the customer’s responsibility.

TheeBellaBrand is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions
- Skin irritation
- Improper application
- Improper removal
- Product misuse
- Combining products with other brands
- No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be provided for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
- By completing a purchase, customers release TheeBellaBrand from all liability relating to the use or misuse of adhesive products.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.

This includes dissatisfaction with:
- Color
- Length
- Texture
- Lace type
- Density
- Cap size selected by the customer
- Overall preference
We stand behind the quality of our products. The only issues that qualify for review are verified manufacturing defects resulting from a bad batch.
Examples of qualifying quality concerns may include:
- Excessive shedding caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Severe tangling or matting caused by a manufacturing defect.
Normal wear, improper care, styling, customization, or customer damage are not considered manufacturing defects.
Product Inspection & Quality Claims
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.
Any quality concern must be reported within fourteen (14) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
Claims submitted after fourteen (14) calendar days from confirmed delivery will not be reviewed or considered.
Failure to inspect your order and report a qualifying issue within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product as delivered.
Products that have been worn, installed, cut, trimmed, customized, washed, colored, bleached, chemically treated, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for review, refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit under any circumstances.
Customers may be required to provide clear photographs and/or video evidence of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any alleged issue before a claim will be reviewed. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
All quality claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be determined by TheeBellaBrand to fall outside normal product expectations.
Product Representation
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
Because every unit is handmade, slight variations in color, density, lace appearance, knot placement, curl pattern, construction, and overall appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, editing, and individual device screen settings.
Policy Agreement & Buyer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all policies before placing an order.
By checking the required acknowledgment box during checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and TheeBellaBrand.
Customers are responsible for monitoring all email and text message communication regarding their order.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or decline any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abusive behavior, policy violations, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, payment verification issues, or any circumstance that may pose a risk to our business.
High-risk orders may require:
- A valid government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of payment.
- Additional order verification before shipment.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation of the order.
Any delays caused by verification requests may extend processing times.
Fraudulent Activity & Customer Ban Policy
Customers who engage in fraudulent, abusive, bad-faith, or knowingly false chargebacks or payment disputes may be permanently prohibited from placing future orders with TheeBellaBrand.
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
We maintain internal records of customer activity, order history, shipping information, and communications to help prevent fraudulent transactions and protect our business.
We reserve the right to refuse future service to any customer who engages in fraudulent, abusive, threatening, harassing, or bad-faith conduct.
All disputes may be supported with order records, shipping documentation, photographs, videos, communications, carrier records, and any other relevant evidence available.
Limitation of Liability
TheeBellaBrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use any product sold by TheeBellaBrand, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any purchase, order, transaction, product, service, or interaction with TheeBellaBrand, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction & Venue
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, lawsuit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, any order, purchase, product, service, or transaction with TheeBellaBrand shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
By placing an order or engaging in any transaction with TheeBellaBrand, the customer irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.
Attorneys’ Fees & Costs
In the event of any dispute, claim, lawsuit, arbitration, chargeback proceeding, collection action, or other legal or administrative proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, any order, purchase, product, service, or transaction with TheeBellaBrand, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, expert witness fees, investigation expenses, collection costs, and any other reasonable expenses incurred in enforcing or defending these Terms and Conditions, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The prevailing party shall also be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, collection costs, and other reasonable expenses incurred in collecting unpaid balances, enforcing payment obligations, or recovering amounts owed in connection with any order, purchase, or transaction with TheeBellaBrand, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This includes fees and costs incurred before litigation, during litigation, on appeal, during any post-judgment enforcement or collection proceedings, and in connection with any efforts to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
This provision shall survive the completion, cancellation, termination, expiration, rescission, or breach of any transaction or agreement.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between TheeBellaBrand and the customer regarding any purchase, order, product, or service.
No verbal statement, text message, email, social media message, direct message, or other communication shall modify these Terms and Conditions unless expressly agreed to in writing by TheeBellaBrand.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Policy Enforcement
All policies are enforced equally and without exception.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with all policies of TheeBellaBrand.
