Attorneys’ Fees; Prevailing Party. In the event of any dispute, claim, lawsuit, arbitration, or other proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, expert witness fees, investigation expenses, and other costs incurred in connection with enforcing, defending, or interpreting this Agreement, including any appeals and post-judgment collection or enforcement proceedings. This provision shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
